How about cocoa (dark chocolate) instead of coffee?

So how about substituting cocoa instead of coffee?
Well, before we jump ahead of ourselves, we need to discuss the QUALITY of chocolate/cocoa you are reaching for. Unlike commercial cocoa, which is stripped of bitter-tasting flavanols, Kuna Indians drink unprocessed cocoa containing a highly concentrated type of flavanol known as “epicatechin” and sweeten it with a bit of raw sugar.

CT Scan Radiation Cancer Risk

I always said the amount of radiation in a CT scan was way high and overused. It is anywhere from 100-250 times more radiation than a chest X-Ray. Lung cancer patient’s can’t be imaged accurately any other way and the scanning is an additional carcinogen. Here it is attached from WebMD.
